Dear Wine & Design Friends and Fellow Artists,

 

At Wine & Design, your comfort and safety are our top priorities.  In light of both the Coronavirus and the seasonal flu, please know that we are taking extra precautions to prepare for your visit.  Prior to each class, our team members are sanitizing all tables, chairs, paintbrush handles, easels, bathroom fixtures, and door handles.    

 

In addition, we are currently asking all guests to either wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival.  And… we will have a supply of hand sanitizers and wipes available for your use throughout your class.

 

As you prepare for your visit, just wanted to share a few Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Are you following your normal class schedule?

A: Yes, at this time, your local Wine & Design studio is following all normal days and hours of operation.  Should an unexpected change impact your scheduled class, you will be notified via email and will be given the opportunity to reschedule on a day and a time that is convenient for you.

 

Q: If I am unable to attend a class due to illness, will I be allowed to reschedule the class?

A: Yes, we will gladly reschedule your class for another day.  Traditionally, our custom is to request a 24-hour notice for cancellation, as well as to request that class credits be redeemed within 90 days.  However, due to today’s unprecedented circumstances, we are waving both the 24-hour cancellation notice and the 90-day limit on class rescheduling.  If you are not feeling well, please stay home, recuperate, and join us for a class when your creative juices are flowing at 100%.

 

Q: Can you provide guidance on when I should or should not attend a class or private party?

A: If you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, please stay home, recuperate, and reschedule your class or party for another day when you are feeling 100% and can best enjoy the experience.  Also, if you or your child has experienced a fever within the past 24 hours, please reschedule your class for another day.
