We work with you to deliver private or public painting parties and then donate a portion of those proceeds back to local or national organizations. The larger your event, the more we give back!

Booking A Paint it Forward Event –

Wine & Design’s Paint it Forward program provides a great way to raise money and bring awareness to any cause. We specialize in hosting private and public painting parties and donate a portion of those proceeds back to local or national organizations.

Required Participants

For a private Paint It Forward event, we require a minimum of 10 participants. We can host a maximum of 52 people in our studio, but we can travel On Wheels to a location of your choice if you have more participants than what our studio holds. If you would like us to host an event open to the public, we require a minimum of 4 participants.

Our Pricing

Paint It Forward events are free for the organizer for us to host the paint party! Whether you want the event at our studio or a location of your choosing, we will provide all art supplies, Artist Instructor and marketing before and after the event. If at a location other than our studio, you provide the tables, chairs, beverages and any food you would like available.

When guests sign up, the minimum price would be $50/person (canvas paintings) and we write you a check for 33% of the proceeds. That’s $16.50 raised per person! If you have an event where you think guests would like to donate more, we can set the ticket price at your discretion and you get 100% of the proceeds beyond $50/person (in addition to the $16.50/person already raised).

Our Art

Paint It Forward events are typically 2-hours for canvas paintings. We have thousands of paintings to choose from. For additional cost per ticket, you can also request a DIY or Chunky Blanket Paint It Forward event!

Our Travel Policy

We can travel within 30 minutes of the studio, and further for larger groups. You would be responsible for arranging a facility/location for the paint party and ensure there are tables, chairs, beverages (unless guest will BYOB) and if needed, shelter/shade. We bring all paint supplies and artist instruction!

Our Availability

We are available 7 days a week depending on artist availability

Our Food/Beverage Policy

If the event is at our studio, you can bring in food, but we must provide the beverages per our Alcohol License laws. We have a full array of wine, beer, cocktails and mocktails!

Class Time

Canvas paintings are typically 2-hour classes. Depending on our availability, we can host an event at any time.

Wine & Design wouldn’t be where it is today without support from our local community where our studio operates. We greatly appreciate the support we’ve received from our customers and community. For this reason, we are always excited to team up with local and national organizations for any philanthropic cause. Local organizations we have painted it forward with include local Rescue Squad and Volunteer Firehouses, local schools and PTA groups, animal rescue nonprofits, relay for life teams, local members of the community whom are battling cancer, and so much more!
