Booking a Private Party –
Wine & Design offers a wide range of affordable private and public paint and sip parties for all ages, groups and talents. From birthday parties to couples nights, mobile events to private classes, Wine & Design has you covered.
Required Participants
Private party minimum is 10 guests. All tickets must be purchased in advance of the party date. Please contact us if you have a smaller group or check out our schedule of all public events.
Our Pricing
Private parties require a $78 deposit (2 tickets) to hold date/time. All guests tickets must be purchased at least 2 days before the event date. All Guests must arrive 20 minutes before the party start time. Canvas private parties are $39 per person for a 2-hour Paint Party. Additional time can be purchased upon availability. Additional speciality classes available at different rates.
Our Options
We currently have a maximum capacity of 25 for Private Paint Parties. Off site, we can do parties over 100 depending on your space.
Our Travel Policy
We charge $50 travel fee to come to your location within 30 minutes of the studio. Additional fee for events farther away.
Our Availability
Private parties can be booked any day of the week at any time. Private parties are 2 hours long. Additional time can be purchased upon availability.
Our Food/Beverage Policy
Private Party Hosts provide their own wine and beer (BYOB – Liquor is not permitted due to local laws.) We provide plastic cups and wine openers. Guests are permitted snacks and charcuterie food items into the Studio. Please provide any plate ware and silverware.
Class Time
Private parties can be booked any time of the day. Private parties are 2 hours long. Additional time can be purchased upon availability.
