Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Wine & Design travels to homes & businesses. There is a 10 person minimum for us to travel. Businesses: customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your business.
Event Time
Between set up, class time, and take down, please block out 4 hours of time for the event (varies on the size of class).
Event Cost and Minimums
The cost starts at $35 per person. If an offsite event is more than 15 miles from the Studio, we will require a $20 travel fee that goes directly to the artist. Host or venue must provide chairs, tables, and space for guests for an offsite event.
What we provide
Wine and Design will provide all of the art supplies and the fun! We will set up our easels and you provide the tables and chairs. Our team will be there to instruct an art class!
What you provide
You will provide the server, food, and drinks. Patrons can order and enjoy food and beverages from your menu!
Market the Event
We will cross promote the event and our businesses through social media channels, our websites, and email newsletters.
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to post online for additional cross promotion for your business and then we handle the cleanup.
