Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your community location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun! All you’ll need is a cool space with tables and chairs!
On Wheels for Coporations
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits corporations by providing team building event ideas! We help companies bring their teams together on-site in their own venues with team-work projects or individuals projects. All you’ll need is a cool space with tables and chairs!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Our studio holds On Wheels events all 7 days of the week. Please contact our studio availability for YOUR Wheels event!
Event Time
The actual painting session is 2 hours with our team arriving 1 hr. prior for setup.
Event Cost and Minimums
Wine & Design on Wheels Events, our minimum guest requirement is 10 people and the cost is still just $45 per person. We will bring the magic to your venue of choice for a $100 travel fee inside a 10 mile radius of Spartanburg city, and $150 travel fee beyond the 10 mile radius of Spartanburg city.
What we provide
Wine and Design will provide the fun! We will set up our studio at your location and we will then provide an interactive step-by-step instructional painting class.
What you provide
We ask hosts to provide tables (covered) and chairs as well as a spacious area for us to conduct our class in as well as any food and beverages that guests will be enjoying during the event. We provide the rest! (aprons, art supplies, instructors, easels, cups, etc.)
Market the Event
We LOVE our partnerships! We will cross-promote the event through social media channels, our website, and email newsletters.
After the Event
We take photos throughout the event as well as a group photo of the final masterpieces to post online! We then handle the art-related cleanup in a turn-key event that leaves your space exactly how we found it!
