Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
We will meet with you to find a good day and time for your event. We can come to your home, office, bar, restaurant, brewery, etc! We handle all registrations and payments, so you don’t have to!
Event Time
Between set up, class time, and take down, please block out 4-5 hours of time for the event (varies on the size of class). Someone must be present to receive the artist an hour ahead of scheduled time.
Event Cost and Minimums
Customers will sign up for each Wine & Design On Wheels event through our website and pay in advance. A standard private On Wheels event has a 15 person minimum at $40 per guest. Rates per class and attendance minimums may vary depending on the event and space available at your location.
What we provide
Art supplies, talented Artists, and of course, the fun!
What you provide
For all On Wheels events, you must provide the tables, chairs and a water source. For public events, you will provide the server, food, and drinks. Patrons can order and enjoy food and beverages from your menu!
Market the Event
For public events, we will cross-promote the class and our businesses through social media channels, our websites, and email newsletters.
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to post online for additional cross promotion for your business and then we handle the cleanup.
