-This class is not BYOB; Cordial Cowboy will have alcohol alternative cocktails for purchase.


Parking!
Parking is available in the lot one building down from the studio. Pictures are available on our Facebook, Instagram, and Google pages for reference.

-We start painting at the scheduled time of each event. For this event, the studio opens 30 minutes before class, and we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to get settled in and ready to paint! Our artists will do their best to fill in painters arriving a few minutes late. In the event you are more than ten minutes late, the artist may not be able to give you detailed instructions in order to maintain the flow of class.

-We can not accommodate walk-ins, so please book in advance. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

-This is an adult painting party for ages 21+.

-No infants, toddlers, or observers in adult classes. Each person present in the studio must have a paid seat.

-Seating is first come, first served. If you have a larger party, we recommend at least one person arrives when the studio opens 15 minutes before class time.

Cancellation policy: All sales are final, our studio does not offer refunds. In the event you cannot attend a class, you must provide 24 hours notice to receive a 90-day credit for another class of equal value. No credit will be given to no-shows.
If there is a threat of inclement weather or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will receive a 90-day credit for another class of equal value.
