*ALL SALES FINAL. We do not issue refunds. We must be notified 48 hours in advance to issue a class credit. No exceptions as our studio has limited seating and it is not feasible for us to sell a "no show" seat in a timely manner. **If minimum requirement of guests are not met, you may be asked to reschedule your class** All tickets are non-refundable. Guests arriving 20 minutes or more after the party start time, will forfeit their ticket and not be allowed to paint. Multiple events are booked through out the day and 2 parties are held at one time. Party start and stop times are extremely important for the enjoyment of both your party guests and other guests.
