Our ON WHEELS EVENTS are the best way to bring creative fun to your location. Our group rate for 15 or more people is $40 per person. If you have less than 15 people, you can just pay the difference. The travel fee is $50 within 20 miles of our studio. The class itself is 2 hours long. We will arrive one hour before the event and will need about 30 minutes after to clean up, load up and head off. We will bring all materials with us for your group to create a masterpiece group painting or individual paintings. The choice is yours! We can help you select images or create something unique for your location. While we bring everything you need for the art project, we do not bring food and beverage. You will also need wine glasses/cups for beverages and paper products for food. We are happy to give you suggestions on businesses that can supply you with that need. Just let us know. Our easels are table top, so just be sure you have tables and chairs and the right amount of space for your group. Be sure to put plastic table cloths or even plastic bags over your tables for a little extra protection. The artistic for your group will need a place for two standing easels and an area to pump paint on to your palates. We will also need access to water for filling brush cleaning cups and brush cleaning after class, along with garbage cans/bags for project clean up at the end of the event. Lastly, we will need a bit of assistance for unloading and reloading, along with location address, contact's cell number for texting when we arrive, and parking instructions.
