Description

This DIY event Recommended for ages 12+ and up!

Wine & Design is not your typical art class. Be prepared to listen to music, laugh and let go of stress. Bring friends or come alone, we promise you will have a good time.

(1) $98 per person. Ticket includes 6 skeins of yarn and instruction to make a chunky chenille blanket approximately 40"x 60". Perfect throw for snuggling up in your favorite chair. If you would like to add to your blanket additional skeins are available for $12 ea. (2) Yarn Colors: We generally have the following colors to choose from. Colors include: Black, White, Ivory, Honey, Brown, Mustard, Persimmon, Silver, Dark Gray, Aqua, Teal, Sage, Olive, Sky Blue, Navy, Light Pink, Magenta, Lilac, Cranberry, Red & Confetti.

(3) Please list color choice(s) in the Special Instructions Box at checkout. But don't be too attached because most likely you will change your mind a few times when you see them in person. Color Choices are based on availability and Not Guaranteed, however we make every effort to accommodate all requests.

(4) No artistic talent needed, because we show you step by step how to complete your blanket!

(5) Doors open 30 min before start time. Guests are welcome to arrive 15 - 30 mins early to get settled and mingle. We will begin painting at the time listed above!.

(6) BEVERAGES: We have a VA ABC - Marketplace Liquor License that allows us to serve each customer up to 2 beverages included in the price of your ticket purchase. We have a great list of wine, beer, canned cocktails, mimosas and non-alcoholic beverages for you to choose from that will be served by our staff. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED. Must be 21+ with a VALID ID to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to revoke this privilege at any time.

(7) FOOD: You are welcome to bring whatever you would like food wise. We recommend keeping it simple to finger foods and snacks. If you would like to have Pizza or something delivered make sure that it does not arrive any earlier than your arrival.

(8) GRATUITY - Please select from the 2nd drop down above how you would like to tip your Artist. If you prefer to tip in person, please bring cash to tip your Artist the day of the event. Our artists work really hard to make sure everyone has a great experience and goes home with a painting they are proud of!! 18% - 25% per person is customary.

(9) Recommended for ages 12+. All attendees must have a paid seat. If you have a child under 12 that would like to do an event like this please contact the studio to plan an age appropriate event.

(10) We are located at 502 Sophia St directly across from Brock’s Riverside Grill.

(11) Accessibility - Our studio is set with counter height tables and stools, as standing while painting is encouraged. However, we are happy to make special accommodations so that all guests are comfortable. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Also, we are located in a historic building that DOES NOT have ADA accessible bathrooms on premises, however Brock's directly across the street does and our guests are welcome to use them.

*THINGS TO NOTE: A minimum of 4 guests are required for class. This room holds up to 8 crafters for this large project. Once an Event has sign ups it will say how many seats are left in the title, ex: "6 Seats Left". If you are interested in attending but don't want to take the chance of rescheduling due to not enough sign ups. Feel free to text or email the studio and ask to be penciled in and we will contact you if anyone else signs up. In the event that we must cancel class that you have paid for, you will be given the option to transfer to another class or given a credit code that must be applied to another event within 60 days. ALL CUSTOMER CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER REQUESTS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL. Please forward your receipt with your change request to [email protected]. We do not issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



**Please also NOTE: All event sales close 3 hrs prior to event start time so that we can prep. If the event is closed and you would like to attend please email or text us and we will do our best to get you in. Public Event Schedule is subject to change according to private party requests unless seats are purchased in advance.**
