Art Of Dance Fundraiser

CLASS DETAILS: Join us for a Paint it Forward event to benefit our local dance studio, Art of Dance! 1/3 of the proceeds will be given back to the dance studio. Our signs are laser cut from wood to be painted in any colors of your choosing and assembled with wood glue. No artistic ability required! You may come create with us on Sunday 12/15 or order or door hanger as a to go kit to create at home or be given as a gift! To go kits will include paint, glue and twine. Brushes are not included. DEADLINE to order your custom sign is 12/13 at noon to allow plenty of time to have all orders cut for our event.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time to get your beverages, snacks, order food and settle in! Age 6+ and up. Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Be ready to have a fun and stress-free evening and leave your worries at the door! Feel free to bring cash to tip your Artist as they work hard to ensure you have a great time!

ALCOHOL POLICY: We offer an array of wine, beer, local cider and non-alcoholic beverages. We are a licensed establishment - Per Virginia ABC Law we cannot allow outside alcoholic beverages onsite. PLEASE also note that wine is not included in your class event ticket unless otherwise noted.

ACCESSIBILITY: Our studio is set with counter height tables and stools. However, we are happy to make special accommodations so that all guests are comfortable. Our studio & building does have ADA accessible entrance and bathrooms on premises. Please let us know in the "Special Comment" section if you require to access these options and we'll be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Sales are final. We understand things happen; however, we ask to help reduce wasted materials that you call or email us 24 to 48 hours prior to your event. We are happy to provide you with a credit to use at a future event. We do not issue refunds. There is a 4-person minimum for the class to be held. In the event that it is cancelled, we will provide a credit for you to use towards another event.
