Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!

On Wheels for Businesses

Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.

How It Works

Schedule an Event

Give us a call at 919-355-2855 or email [email protected] to inquiry about having an On Wheels event at your home, office, bar, restaurant, brewery, etc!

Event Time

Between set up, class time, and take down, please block out 4-5 hours of time for the event (varies on the size of class).

Event Cost and Minimums

12×16 Canvas: $32/adults, $24/kids | *12-person minimum

16×20 Canvas: $39/adults, $30/kids | *12-person minimum

Additional $30 Travel Fee for areas located in the Triangle.

What does Wine & Design provide?

Wine & Design will provide the fun! We will cover your tables, set up/clean up all painting supplies and our team will be there to instruct the art class!

What do YOU need to provide?

For all On Wheels events, you must provide the tables, chairs, & a water source. For public events, you will provide the server, food, and drinks. Attendees can order and enjoy food and beverages from your menu!

Market the Event

For public events at local breweries, wineries, and businesses, we must cross-promote the event on both of our business social media pages, websites, and email newsletters to spread the word! Wine & Design will create flyers, graphics and marketing material for you.
