A Pinot Noir from Germany?

Time has come to enjoy Pinot Noir from German vineyards. Why? Answer: Climate change.

The rise in temperatures over the last 40 years has made it more favorable to grow the fussy pinot noir vines. One German winemaker in Schweigen took advantage of the warmer climate and decided to grow these vines while others dealt with the hardship of droughts, insects, and infections in their vineyards all due to climate change. You may find a quality spaetburgunder (German Name for Pinot Noir variety) on the shelf in your wine store soon. http://huff.to/2d7gEIx
